There are only a few apartments that feel like home and a place where the people running it actually care and try to make it the most positive experience they can. This is without a doubt one of those places. John (the landlord) is extremely kind and worked tirelessly to make arrangements that worked for all parties. The maintenance man there likes to take all there trash and dog shit from there property to other peoples property. Seems like they need a new maintenance man !
There were great things about living here at a time when I needed more affordable housing, and the owners were friendly and kind. But I think single women everywhere can probably relate to what I'm about to say. There were times I felt unsafe due to the maintenance person having access to my apartment at any time (I believe he had keys to all the apartments), occasionally dropping by unannounced, and one time entering my apartment without my knowledge or consent to leave a package inside, when there are already mailboxes for... read more
I did not live here but came to see the apartment twice. Spoke to the maintenance person who showed me 3 units. The units were gorgeous and well maintained and the neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful. Only red flag that came up was the person who showed me the apartment, the maintenance guy named John - he was extremely friendly but the more he talked, the more odd he seemed.
