Don’t live here. There are cockroaches and mice!! The landlord doesn’t help you with your maintenance issues and even blames you for your maintenance troubles. People are often living in dysfunctional apartments and the landlord as I said won’t fix the issue and often blames the tenet for the problems in the apartment. When I lived here my apartment flooded and he at first wouldn’t cover the extra on the water bill for that month.
