I ordered a plant from their online website to be delivered. I had to wait a week for the soonest delivery date. Ok, well I place that order and pay for it. I'm pretty sure I paid a delivery fee as well. My order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. I was not notified that it would be a late delivery. A family member in the same town had to go pick it up.
They have always exceeded my expectation and are so kind.
