Bob and Melissa are amazing! I had the opportunity to rent their studio during the months of September and October. Melissa made the whole rental process extremely easy. The studio was well equipped with every amenity I could have ever needed (and then some) during my job relocation to the Monterey area. It was well kept, clean, and comfortable. This was a perfect location for me while I needed a place in Monterey for a few months. The studio cottage was furnished with everything I needed, and was in a great location close to the beach and downtown Monterey. The property is so clean and well kept. It was very private and quiet. It had a beautiful patio with a BBQ and hot tub. I Would highly recommend!
