Did a very poor job on my lawn for most of the season. Mower was very passive aggressive and made my entire family uncomfortable. Only communicates through email even when they see you in person. Overall a bad experience and do not recommend. Ironically he told me that he will only communicate in writing even though it has been impossible to speak to him anyway outside of email except for 2 times all season. Update 04/24/24: Quick response from the owner was good to see. See his answer below. Emailed him my main concerns and he gave me a referral. Thank you Jason for your quick response. Called today for an estimate. The woman on the phone barely wanted to talk to me. Completely booked without a wait list. No help at all. I'm fact, she was a little rude. Horrible customer service. Will not call back. They obviously don't need any business.
Jason provides excellent, top notch service. Been with them for years and am very satisfied. We appreciate all the quality work he does for us and look forward to a long lasting relationship. Highly recommend.
Did a great job with our lawn work in a pinch. Extremely friendly and great to work with. I high recommend!
