Truly the best gym in Southern California. Has everything you need from cardio machines, powerlifting equipment, bodybuilding equipment, and even functional strength stuff or plyometrics. The community here is awesome and the owner, Adam, is a great guy. Cannot recommend enough.
Best powerlifting gym no doubt
Decided to try out a newer, local gym and decided to try out hidden strength and this place didn't disappoint. The environment was instantly welcoming and this place had all the equipment I needed and more. Definitely one of the best in the area!
Amazing gym with an amazing community and a wonderful owner. I've been at hidden strength for over 3 years now and it's the closest thing I have to second home and a second family. I love being there with my friends. definitely check out this gym the equipment is amazing too
This is by far the best Powerlifting gym in SoCal. They have everything you could want as far as equipment. TSS Combo Racks. Very spacious and the atmosphere is awesome. I grabbed a Day Pass just to check out the gym and ended up becoming a member. Totally worth it.
