We are new to the area and just learned about Hidden Stream Farm. We will always buy our meat products from them! The ribs were some of the best we've ever had, and the nitrate-free/sugar-free bacon was WONDERFUL (and definitely NOT too salty like most of those bacons are!) We are now on a quest to try just about everything they process! It's wonderful to know that such a great meat provider is just right down the road. We will heartily recommend them and sing their praises!
