The caring and compassionate staff really make for an enjoyable experience for both pets and owners. They are very thorough and truly care about what they do, it is beyond a job to them. The staff is always very friendly and caring.
My Bubba absolutely loves Hidden Springs, he gets all excited when we pull up to the building and races in to see all his friends. The staff is wonderful and the pricing is very reasonable. I have a very clumsy puppy so we had a few extra visits our 1st year and I never once cringed after seeing his bills... We don't know what we would do without them!! :)
The support staff at this practice is very good however I do not think Dr. Susan Mosier knows what she is doing. I went there for years never feeling really good about the experience when I left. The office was very convenient. I finally broke away when my cat was diagnosed with a condition that required frequent visits. When the doctor told me I could "reuse syringes until they became dull" that was the last straw.
