The only good thing about this community is the neighbors. The management gets worse every year, and so does the maintenance. Anytime they have workers fixing things around the neighborhood, it looks like they hire the cheapest companies available. They destroyed the sidewalks after having a company trim branches, leaving concrete and trash piled up around people's apartments for months at a time. The trash gets overpacked and just sits on the road for sometimes days. It's an absolute dump.
Very nice and quiet but HELLO pool stated heated is Not Heated! Toes froze!!

This place isn’t bad to live in because of the location and access to restaurants and shopping stores but these condos can use some serious attention. There is no reason why these condos can’t look more presentable. Mulch will make these condos look a lot nicer. Due to COVID the pools have been closed and I can understand it but it’s been months since the pools in other condos in this area and theme parks are open so why haven’t they opened the pools here?
