I can’t speak to the existing negative reviews here other than to say I had a completely different experience than they did. Hidden Springs accepted my MaineCare as insurance and I was never billed separately. It was quick and easy to get my appointments set up. The staff was very friendly and professional with me, and Dr. Paradis confirmed my suspected autism diagnosis. Was told I was in network then billed for $750 6 months later. They charged my card on file after I paid off the balance and took an extra $200 until I cancelled the card myself. They told me I owed them even more when I asked for my money back, changed their minds saying I didn’t then tried to charge my card on file again after they said they would remove it. They also gave me contradicting diagnoses and said “ let’s just go with what your psychiatrist thinks” instead of testing me. I do not recommend their medical services... read more
Shady, deletes reviews acts victim and will say you harassed them for informing of past review; steer clear !!Dr. Paradis is terrible and is only about her money (quickly denied probably c B/c of Mainecare) and not your wellness or safety. As for her receptionist, Sheryll. I think her occupation in having sympathy and conducting her job characteristics were meeting criteria of unsatisfactory. she has used foul language and is very unprofessional and quick to play victim once approached saying things like I'm the unacceptable... read more
