Amy is such a wonderful human, her being is present in her sessions and I love to see her for my regular massage treatments. She's attuned, interested, caring and empathetic. Also, Amy offers a modality that's imbued by ancient wisdom and treats the person as a whole - I find this as essential piece of what she provides. I’ve been going for massages to Amy for my whole pregnancy every two weeks and now postpartum and I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She healed my sciatic pain during pregnancy and now my sore back and shoulders from breastfeeding and carrying around a heavy baby 😍 definitely recommend her, such a great peaceful energy! Amy is an incredible Ayurvedic chef and knowledgeable teacher. We’ve been fortunate to have Amy cater for many of our retreats fir up to fifty guests and her food is always tasty, healthy, and in season. Highly recommend.
