Mailboxes are again broken and important mails are missing for the tenants . It has been months the safely of the mailbox is not taken care. Only 2 laundry machines are working for all the Apartments Tenants. The Main entrance is always open and the exit door is always close .Don't understand the Logic. Any outsider can come in easily and go our through the exit easily. Don't know when the Laundry and Mailboxes problem will be fixed. I’ve been living in this community for a while, and one major ongoing issue has been the mailbox security and maintenance. When I first moved in, the mailbox area was already broken into — it took nearly four months for management to repair and replace it. Surprisingly, the new mailbox setup was broken again in less than a few months. What’s disgusting is that there seems to be no proactive action or urgency from the management team to address this issue. Vivo actualmente en este condominio y para nada lo recomiendo sólo estoy esperando que se venza mi contrato para irme de aquí …cuando no hay fuga de agua es que quitan la corriente o si no es que quitan el agua por más de un día y medio todo va mal aquí y exigen mucho para ofrecer tan poco pésimo servicio
I had a tour on Saturday with Earl. He was peppy & professional & knew the answer to 90% of my questions. He was knowledgeable about the area and the property. He came across as very honest, especially when he said "I don't know, but let me check with my manager on Monday & I'll get back to you." I respect Tiffany and the 2 men in the front of the office and also the maintenance crew because they keep it professional but the other office lady act like she still in stuck high school. It’s not a high school. You gotta be professional no matter what. All I’m saying work on you’re people skills when it comes to interacting with the residence in the apartment complex.
