Leslie at Hidden Ridge is the absolute best, always quick to answer (even when I messaged her at 6 AM I get an immediate reply) very understand and willing to help when needed. I have been dealing with her for years and I could not ask for better customer service. Gary (maintenance) is very friendly and thorough, quick to answer my service requests and takes care of my maintenance very well.
Mostly condos. Condos are nice
I will say that Leslie in the leasing office has been helpful so far during our stay! I definitely appreciate the support bring an renter and the maintenance crew is awesome - shoutout to Gary, Dave, and Thomas!
Overall I only lived here for 6 months and I met a lot of nice people at the pool and the pool is really nice and my neighbors are soo kind and in the hallway we already told someone but it always smells like smoke and the bathrooms and bedrooms are soo nice I love it pls reply
