My kids and I love working out with at the gym. It’s an amazing warm space. If you’re looking for personalized training for your little ones Coach Walt is amazing! Just to provide context before you read my review, I've been working out at Hidden Physique since the beginning of the year. Prior to that, I had never stepped inside a gym unless I had bought a pool pass somewhere. Walter (Coach Walt) is my trainer here.
