Please do not use this service. When they came to install, they were friendly. Subsequently when we had problems, their response was lukewarm to say the least. As they claim, their invisible fence is NOT endless. We called and spoke and were told someone will get back and no one ever did. I even emailed Ralph (who I think is the owner) but never heard back. The collars worked until they just got out of warranty, then they would drain full batteries in less than an hour. The batteries are very expensive. I brought the collar in to be serviced, the woman at their store sold us parts for the collar that apparently we didnt need (we did need a new strap) for about $50, and told us the collar was fixed. The collar didnt work as soon as we got home. Then a technician came out for $90, gave us a handful of batteries and changed a setting on the fence. This didnt fix anything! I called... read more
