Great company to work with My husband and I are very pleased with the system and service from 1877dogyard.com. The owner was great to deal with, and the technicians were just as great to work with. For no extra money, they did a separate front yard loop, just in case the dogs got out the front door. The system was $6000 less then the chain link quote from NYS fence, and $1000 less then Invisible Fence and both of those were for the back yard only.

Best pet fence biz in the area Hidden Pet Fence is very professional, yet locally owned so they provide customer service which is beyond all expectations. Their products are high quality, which is surprising because their prices are so affordable! They are helpful and ensure every customer is satisfied -- even help out during evening hours if needed. Please do not use this service. When they came to install, they were friendly. Subsequently when we had problems, their response was lukewarm to say the least. As they claim, their invisible fence is NOT endless. We called and spoke and were told someone will get back and no one ever did. I even emailed Ralph (who I think is the owner) but never heard back. Now the fence does not work at all. 1500$ down the drain. This review has not been written in haste. I took time and gave them an opportunity to review but to no luck. ... read more

The collars worked until they just got out of warranty, then they would drain full batteries in less than an hour. The batteries are very expensive. I brought the collar in to be serviced, the woman at their store sold us parts for the collar that apparently we didnt need (we did need a new strap) for about $50, and told us the collar was fixed. The collar didnt work as soon as we got home. Then a technician came out for $90, gave us a handful of batteries and changed a setting on the fence. This didnt fix anything! I called... read more

Great company to work with especially if you have a stubborn dog! The breeder and girl at the vet office said that invisible fences didn't work on dogs like ours but this one from dog yard fence works perfect.
