This place has been real good to my family mi tell yuh. Getting started was easy, no stress at all. I love that they check your insurance first and let you know what to expect so no bad surprises when time to pay. We didn’t fully understand how health insurance works, but Ericka was kind enough to explain everything clear-clear. Holly is lovely, such a sweet one. Feels like we finally find a home, y’know? I made an appointment here for my daughter. I filled out everything they needed, picked my daughter up from school, and showed up to our appointment.. upon arrival, I noticed that no one was in the building and the doors were locked. I called and left a message and went back to the car. I went through my emails to make sure that I got the time and date right.. Please DO NOT bother with these people. They are running a FRAUDULENT business. They obtain your insurance card and license and NEVER respond. They tell you your insurance is not accepted and you will pay out of pocket even though the insurance is listed on their website. I showed up to the building and the woman saw us and drove off. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! I will not change my review. All communication stopped when I asked how much I would pay out of pocket.
