We rented this venue for a birthday party, and while the physical space is very pretty, I absolutely would not recommend it. The venue manager, Lorena, is completely unprofessional, and the communication throughout the entire process was a nightmare. My family had our Quinceanera at the most amazing place where the staff lead by Lorraina and Lupita went above and beyond for our family.We had the most amazing evening great service and great staff to give a wonderful memory and experience to our daughter.If you are looking for salon to celebrate definitely come and try the hidden palace where the place is absolutely clean and the staff and service are friendly you won’t be disappointed.
