Hopefully this concern can be addressed before my upcoming visit. When I am there for my appointment I want the time with my stylist to be focused on my service. Having your new employee, Alicia, approach me about skin care services makes for an uncomfortable visit. It felt very intrusive on my time with my stylist. I feel she hovers around making it uncomfortable to have a conversation with my stylist. Cessiley is an extraordinary stylist. Whether I get a haircut or foil she absolutely blows me away with her talents. She hears my vision, and delivers in only ways I could have imagined. She is the best of the best!

Sydney has done my hair twice, including full highlights and a root touch-up, and I love how my hair turns out every time. She truly listens to what I want and takes the time to make sure it looks exactly right. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend her!
