This was back on April 19, in just now venting about it . Glad to know she is no longer there Iwent to get my hair done here by Shelby, or Shelly I cannot remember her name. I went in for a foil to lighten up my hair and a trim and ended up with this!! I asked for a golden honey. This is yellow.): I paid almost 200$ gave her a large tip I told them my money pieces came out yellow the next day. They told me they wouldn’t fix it the manager not owner became hostile and shaky voice with attitude as I was being professional and kind. She said she would instead charge me a smaller price.
