I was meeting someone who arranged a meeting at 2pm. I arrived at the address pulling my trailer at 1:58 pm. (I had traveled about an hour). Let me mention that my last conversation was 8 minutes prior. The item was sold before my arrival. This would be a great place for a lighting strike.
The rent keeps going up and up, but we don't see any form of additional amenities or improvements to the park, for example, whenever it rains there is a 10 feet wide, 3 feet across puddle. Leisure vehicles are prohibited, noise limits are absurd, when I got my moped they tried to say i couldn't have it, and you can't own non road vehicles, only road legal vehicles and 2 wheels is apparently pushing it in this park. Overall if you're looking for a fun life don't come here.
