Lived here 20+ years. The people are great; lots of young families and nice older people. There are lots of cons, though. Lot rent and other expenses are slowly getting higher. There's a lot of rules about what you can and cannot put in your yard (No pools, no storing boats or trailers, no big fences, etc. etc.) A lot of the people let their dogs run around without a leash and thus poop anywhere. One of the worst places to live. Lot rent is so expensive and you have nothing besides a lot your house is on but they keep jacking up lot rent. Would not recommend it.
