Easy move in process. Quiet community. New roads look good, wish they came all the way down to my house with it. Looking forward to taking my kids to the egg hunt today
A caring community of residents. There was an old disabled military vet that could no longer take care of himself. The management helped him find support through community outreach and the neighbors pitched in to walk his dog. Managements is striving to make this a good place to call home. Not to mention some of the lowest rents in the area.
We were very satisfied with the manager and asked for things to be remodeled before moving in. A new countertop and kitchen sink was installed before our move in. The apartment is old, but very comfortable. The AC unit blows cool air as well. We see bugs sometimes, but it is easily manageable and quick to keep under control. New laundry units have been installed, although they break down sometimes or are being used frequently. The parking is fantastic and the dumpster is cleaned out often. I have lived here for 5 years, at first it was wonderful. The apartment manager was wonderful, would communicate with you and would help whenever needed. Management changed in December 2022 and since it has become the WORST place I have ever lived. No one calls me back, no one responds to my emails. Over Christmas I went 5 days without water because no one EVER comes to the property, unless they are getting an apartment ready for someone new. Excellent management and excellent maintenance. The management provide a turkey or a complete meal to every tenant during Thanksgiving.
