Could use a road & yards cleaned up but other then that the people seem great
The owner Tony is a slumlord and every one of the maintenance men that I know smoke crack and I know this because they buy it off of me that one's just for you Jerry
Let's just say the place needs a remodel...no amenities, no laundry facility, no pool, ....for a $ 1,000 a month...you would figure they would at least have a laundry facility !!!!
