Must Stay for Pigeon Forge! Great staff and cabins. Ours is #4085, this is our second year here at this cabin. It's definitely a hidden gem.
Great people, very friendly, very responsive but read your agreement carefully and UNDERSTAND IT! There are few circumstances for refunds so maybe sure you're clear on that! Also know the drive up and down can be challenging for some. All in all a great place to stay.
We were just there for our baseball team. The Cabin we had, had multiple issues. We had a lizard one night, Multiple cockroaches, leaking showers, and a very strong mold smell. When we called, they came up and sprayed Kaboom...never treating the mold or offering to move us. When telling them about the other issues, they just disregarded them. This is on top of the place being very dirty and full of spider and webs everywhere like it wasn't cleaned in weeks.
