Ive been a resident at this location for a little over 2 years and have witnessed a change of management. Although i LOVED the previous manager Bianca and miss her dearly, Our new manager Brisa is just as sweet. Shes beyond helpful and takes the time to stop what shes doing ( and believe me when i say, ITS A LOT ) to explain things theraly enough to understand and solve pretty much any and all situations/ issues. The property management within my residence here has been spectacular in communication, problem solving, and overall an amazing attitude within solving issues that us residents face daily within our respective dwellings. I have lived here for now 3 years and have found a home.
This apartment may have changed its name but I’d advise you to check and see if the steel mill is still open across site street. The loud noises, employees , smells and parking will mess with you on weekdays. Also make sure that you check out the area at night both on the weekdays and weekends.Its not the safest area. Going there on weekday afternoons isn’t what you’ll experience at night or weekends.
This place is so unprofessional the manager Brisa Torres doesn't know what she's doing. She thinks hollering at you from across the parking lot is professional.Lady HARASSING me while I'm walking my dog, walking the same route I always walk everyday is not OK.
