The property management within my residence here has been spectacular in communication, problem solving, and overall an amazing attitude within solving issues that us residents face daily within our respective dwellings. I have lived here for now 3 years and have found a home.
This apartment may have changed its name but I’d advise you to check and see if the steel mill is still open across site street. The loud noises, employees , smells and parking will mess with you on weekdays. Also make sure that you check out the area at night both on the weekdays and weekends.Its not the safest area. Going there on weekday afternoons isn’t what you’ll experience at night or weekends.
This place is so unprofessional the manager Brisa Torres doesn't know what she's doing. She thinks hollering at you from across the parking lot is professional.Lady HARASSING me while I'm walking my dog, walking the same route I always walk everyday is not OK.
Not dog or pet friendly, manager (Brisa Torres) so unprofessional she holler's at you from across the parking lot, know lie I got the maintenance people as a witness.
