As an outside contractor, it has been an absolute pleasure working with the Hidden Lakes team. General Manager, Heather Arnason, and her support staff are very friendly and super efficient. All residents are known by name and treated with kindness and respect. 10/10 would live here when I retire!
Heather Arnason is a fantastic General Manager! First time visiting the facilities, it’s clean, everyone is kind, residents were happy enjoying lunch, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!

The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s clear that the team works hard to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Hidden Lakes Retiremenet Living has brought me many unexpected delights, surprises of joy, and happiness in many areas including delicious food, friendly people, wonderful service, a very adequate apartment, friendly staff available to answer questions, and many creative activities that brings us together as residents. I feel spoiled to have my apartment cleaned weekly, my bed changed, and my food served to me in the lovely dining room.
