My husband and I moved into Holiday Hidden Lakes a year ago and are so totally please with the staff, services, meals and activities!
I’ve had the opportunity to spend time at Hidden Lakes and have seen firsthand how well the residents are treated. The staff are kind, respectful, and truly care about the people who live there. The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s clear that the team works hard to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. I would definitely recommend Hidden Lakes to families looking for a caring place for their loved ones.
Hidden Lakes Retiremenet Living has brought me many unexpected delights, surprises of joy, and happiness in many areas including delicious food, friendly people, wonderful service, a very adequate apartment, friendly staff available to answer questions, and many creative activities that brings us together as residents. I feel spoiled to have my apartment cleaned weekly, my bed changed, and my food served to me in the lovely dining room. I lived at Hidden lakes for 15 years and loved it.... lots of things going on game and stuff.. there is a beautiful lake with a path to walk around that is safe and has a good paved path around it... weekly cleaning of your room free internet and cable TV service. Plus they do bus trips and they can take you to your appointments. They have a good staff that can help you with things you may need.... They keep an eye on you so if you normally do something and then you miss it they check on you to make sure you are doing ok....... read more
