Glorified two-bedroom apartments with premium HOAs. Parking is a mess. Construction site in the summer and entitled seasonal residents in the winter. After 10 years, year-round, this is my conclusion.
At first, the community may seem pleasant, but issues quickly become apparent. I came for a quick visit to see a family friend, the son, and grandchildren. Be cautious about having your grandchildren visit, as some residents—particularly older ones—can be unwelcoming and intrusive.
