Design discrepancy. I reached out with my concern and the project manager, Chip Thornton, refused to fix this issue. Buyer beware, their customer service is highly disappointing, especially if Chip Thornton is overseeing the issue.
I did a service call in the area, and it seems safe, and a great place to raise a family.
Nice all brick homes. They have some basement lots as well. Plenty of time to buy here, but wont last too long.
