This place is not worth living. The water shuts off from time to time and try to give you high waterbill due the pipes messing up. As they love to charge late fees and fees for anything. They try to act HOA when they are not. Did I mention they tow your vehicle off of the lot you are paying for. If you don't have a register sticker and if you have a vehicle that is currently not working . Even if you speak to them about the situation of your vehicle. They still tow it. Addressing address 5811 saints passage! First off would like to say when I first moved in it was a beautiful process very easy very easy approval process but after those first few months things began to get ridiculous I had cats constantly under my home from my Neighbors next door wich was reported to the office on numerous occasions. It is a horrible place to live, we were going to buy and the guy named Charly told us that we had already been approved and told us to go live there, and after a few days he told us no, that the credit did not go through and that we had to leave even though he knew that I have 2 small children and that he was not going to charge us a penalty, and they ended up renting to me, it was the worst thing I could do, they want to charge you even for the air you breathe, they tell you to report anything they have to fix and they will... read more
