WARNING!: Do NOT move into this trap. The Management is god awful. The fee's are endless and they continue to find new ways to increase said fee's. They change the lease to how they see fit. I've lived here almost four years and every year they have increased the lot rent. Edit: They're once again increasing the Lot Rent another 50 dollars as well as extra fee's. I just recently moved out. I owned my home there and was there for 17 years. My neighbors were awsome and have no complaints about them. Management on the other hand was and still is basically non existent. They only come around to inspect and hand out fees upon fees mainly to the non Hispanic residents. At the time of moving out my lot rent was about $460 now I believe is 500. They always promised road and septic repairs and also tree removal but nothing ever happened.
