My Infiniti was starting to show signs of the dreaded CVT transmission issues. High praise to Harry of Hidden Harry's for his excellent customer service. Dealing with him was a pleasure, he squeezed,adjusted and rounded off everything in order to give me the best possible price on the purchase of my new Argo XTV. He was very patient with my newbie questions and never made me feel the slightest unease. There was no feeling of pressure or rush, he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Most certainly a pleasant experience.
Terrible experience. Brought my GMC Sierra to have the transmission done. CAA dropped it off. When I picked up the truck there was significant damage to it. Body shop estimate came back at $7500 .Harry wouldn't accept responsibility for it and tried to blame CAA even though they provided pictures after they delivered it. "As far as I'm concerned the pictures don't prove anything" he told me and said he was washing his hands with it. Now I have to deal with another headache after the transmission headache.
