The manager is THE BEST! The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because my locker leaked and I had to move my stuff. Of they repair the leaks it's a 5 star all day. I will change the score to the 5 star it deserves and store there next time if this leak problem is corrected..just because of the manager!!! Please fix the roof!!!
I moved in a 10x20 April 2022. Chad and staff were very accommodating. Told me up front a little water can get in some units if heavy rain from the wrong direction. Stored stuff on ground in plastic storage tubs. Also, Chad reminded me to make sure my homeowners insurance covered my possessions in the storage unit. No problems. 5-stars.
Back in November of 2022 a tornado significantly damaged my home north of Honey Grove. With half the roof gone, I was fortunate enough to salvage a good bit of the furniture & belongings. This was a new storage facility and was local, so I placed my belongings in a nice large unit here at Hidden Grove Storage.
