I would give 0 if I could. The apartment downstairs had to have the health department come out because an entire apartment was covered in mold from a leak. The whole hallway reaked of mold and mildew for a week. The maintaince was called due to a molded AC unit that was deemed “not mold and safe to use”. It was in fact mold and made our breathing bad after one use for a week. It was later changed but I had no AC until it was fixed in fear of it harming my one year old. If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. You are not allowed to have any peace here. It is like if communism was a neighborhood. You get fined for anything. One of the members on the board has nothing better to do with her life than to walk around the neighborhood and take pictures of peoples property and report them for fines. You cannot live in peace here because of the board that runs the neighborhood. You should be worried about the potholes at the entrances before you disturb your residents. Don't live... read more

This should be a 55 and over community. They have nothing for children to do outside, no pool, no playground, no courts. The head of the board of directors, Bill F, called the cops because I set up a portable basketball net for the neighborhood kids to use. The hoa is very high for such a small condo who only take care of snow removal and lawn maintenance. The only reason for 2 stars is it's location.
