BE WARNED. The owner lied to me and told me his company did not replace my pools salt cell and spa light one month ago. I have an invoice and paid receipt that proves they did. I know it sounds crazy but I will talk to anyone who wants to hear before considering doing business with someone who flat out lies. I’ve been told I have a problem with the salt cell and he won’t even admit he sold it to me.
Tyler and Ryan have been amazing in helping me get my first pool set up correctly! I purchased a house with an older pool that was green and still had a sand filter. They got the sand filter replaced with a modern day cartridge style filter, got every bit of debris cleaned from the pool and got our pool water the perfect color and PH within a week or two! Fantastic company with a fantastic group of people that work for them. Always striving for perfection and doing everything they can to always insure the costumer is happy. Would recommend these guys to anyone that I know who I come across with a pool.
I became a customer of Hidden Gems Pools a few months ago and must say how very happy I am with their weekly servicing of my pool. It’s never looked better! I was with a prior company for over 10 years and made the switch after giving that company multiple chances to improve. Hidden Gems stepped in and have been absolutely terrific since day 1. I highly recommend Hidden Gems! Tyler, Ryan and the team there are awesome.
Meet Ryan when he did some warranty work for Pentair at my home. He ended up replacing my spa light. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable within his industry! He ended up coming back a week later and replacing my check valve as well! Definitely will be calling him for any repairs in the future! 5-Star Salute!
