I’m having an awful experience. I just had a baby at the end of June! Haven’t really been home in July due to baby. Just received my rent invoice sewer, and water each were over 100 Dollars. Call office Office blame me for the problem. The water that they are talking about that has been running, always runs And shuts off automatically. Office refused to accommodate me. Before renting anywhere, please Do go off base of the reviews! Wanted to give this place the benefit out of the doubt, but that didn’t happen!
Don’t buy or rent anything in this neighborhood it is horrible and the worst place to live. Management are a bunch or jerks that don’t listen to you and they don’t care about anything or anyone. The only time they will “fix” something is when the big bosses from Yes Community are going to show up!
They list rent prices on the website then tell you the only option is buying. Lot rent is 925 a month and increases every year. These are mobile homes they are supposed to be the affordable option. Yes communities wants to drain you dry. The staff is excellent but the company practices are predatory.
Lived there for a few years. Just had to move out. Constantly had an ant & mold issue, maintenance never fixes anything. Took 6+ months and repeated phone calls for a few things to be fixed. They complain when you can't be there for gold key inspections even if you're at work and can't get away for it. They never answer the phone. Sent us a letter saying they weren't going to renew our lease (they want to sell instead of rent it) dated a month before they actually sent it.
