I’ve lived here since 2019, and I gotta say. It’s been as miserable as a modern hut can be. When Ben sold me my home, our options changed mid conversation because the house we were interested in was sold already, and we didn’t know until right before we were trying to buy (Moreorless they didn’t want us to go somewhere else and lose a 30,000.00 sale). I’d like to recant my last review of one star. I have a few renovations that are needed and I was very frustrated with the process but after talking to Ranardo, I see the Office does truly care about the community and see their tenants as individuals. Once we communicated our issues to him, he found a way to help us even though we own the trailer. They’ve been very helpful through this process!
I bought this trailer a year ago after a long period of time dealing with homelessness. My family and I were initially just happy to have a home. However a few months into staying here we noticed an issue with black mold stemming from a faulty installation of the bathtub. I’m working on saving money as this is completely out of my pocket to resolve and we’ve been having contractors turn the job based off the structure of the trailer.
