NOT recommended! Horrible management, office staff is full of inconsistencies, policies and standards are not upheld. Between open 'broken' gate, trash filled to brim, unkempt premises, lack of maintenance, drug deals and rolling joints in car happens too often here, unleased people occupy units, suspect activity nightly, neighbors from block hop gate to come hang where kids who live here should be playing, dog owners who don't pick up their dogs messes, no communication or (very bad if any) from staff, office things change ... read more
Dont do it! I wouldent recommend ANYONE living here the manager is very miserble and she cant STAND the kids that lives in this building. The maintence man is very lazy and NEVER does his job if you sneeze to loud youll have a letter on your door the same day from the manager complaining she will try to sneak around your apartment to be nosy and listen up at your window pretending to be waliking her dogs everything is VERY cheap inside the apartments and will break easy its just not worth it.
