Mark was a super nice guy. The tint looks great. The use of a Groupon was very helpful. He did my tint and then there were a couple Other things my car needed and he did those for me too. I thought pricing was fair as well. Next week he is doing one more thing for me. I did the 35% legal tint and as you can see, very big difference!
I purchased the tinting package for my vehicle on Groupon on May 12th 2025 and schedule with Mark for June 2nd. I called to confirm the appointment on May 29th and Mark unfortunately was in an accident in May and cannot schedule new appointments until he recovers and had to cancel. It sounds like he should be able to resume his work in a month or two but you might have to wait a bit. Mark was very polite and honest. Groupon refunded my voucher promptly. Just wanted to let people know if they are in this situation.
Can't even go to the hospital at the last minute without bull. People get sick and have serious issues. How you gonna rate someone and we have not done anything to your car or serviced you but had a heath smh
Mark greeted me as soon as I walked in, and his friendly demeanor was the perfect introduction to the experience waiting ahead. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the tints is truly exceptional. Worth 5 stars !!
I called to make an appointment and he said Sunday and it’s Thursday and then was rude when I said I’ll call back and then he hung up the phone. Very rude and disrespectful!!
