Appears to be new, nice, clean housing. However when you apply here Hidden Creek/Northtowne they'll have you fill out applications for each home you're interested in and then they take your application fees $50/each and then say they'll call you back whether you're approved or not, however you'll never receive a call and you'll have to call them and stay on top of it because they'll take that money and you'll never hear from them again. The people that run this park are unhinged.
