Like to give a shout out to all you gulf cart owners stay away from Hidden Creek Gulf Carts in Brooksville Florida I took my cart in there to get a hard charge I never knew there was such a thing gulf cart places won’t tell you that if you let your gulf cart batteries go down below a certain voltage your charger won’t kick in and won’t charge your batteries and will need to take it in for the hard charge procedure this is a real cash cow I never knew nobody told me this but back to my cart they gave it a hard charge witho... read more
Horrible shop. They did work without my authorization and when I told them I didn't agree to get that work done they took out the new part along with cutting some wires, unplugging everything and damaging the outside of the charger. Owner wanted me to bring in my golf cart because my charger was having issues. Scam artist at its best. Be smart and don't go here for anything.

This company fix our cart when custom cart could not. We bought this cart from Custom and qe had a problem so we had it sent back ,they called and said all repaired and the amount was not under warrant so we paid. Then something else went bad they repaired it custom again a bill we paid,then the batteries went bad they replaced them because custom would not stand be hind it even though it said on our paper work they where under warranty but yup oh they said you can charge them so you have to pay,and it goes on and on.
