There was plenty of room for our party of 15. We rented the property for a family vacation made up of 8 adults and 7 kids. There was enough room for each family to get their own bedroom and enough bathrooms that no one needed to wait for a toilet or shower. The kitchen/dining areas were large enough that no one was left out at meal time. We needed to buy a few cooking tools so we could cook meals for 15.
