La verdad es k pude ver la propiedad por meliza ella es super amable un trato excelente trato de alludarme en todo me mostró varios apartamento un trato excelente y gracias a ella me mudare pronto por k fui un lunes k meliza no estaba y prácticamente le rogue a una señora k estaba hay y se negó a mostrarme un departamento de 2 abitaciones según ella por k no calificaba para un departamento de 2 abitaciones les recomiendo a los k estan interesados k ballan de martes a sábado k meliza esta hay si quieren ser bien tratados
La verdad que sin la intervención de Melissa yo me habría tenido que mudar porque tenía todo un año reportando problemas de toda índole en este apartamento y desde que Melissa llegó se comprometió a resolver y me dio su palabra, doy gracias a Dios porque los demás sólo ignoraban los problemas y no le importaba si renovaba mi contrato o prefería mudarme. Es una persona con un excelente servicio al cliente, responsable, respetuosa y sobretodo muy diligente.
This place is a complete scam and a health hazard. Do NOT waste your time or money at Hidden Creek Apartments. From day one, my unit was crawling with roaches and rats. I contacted pest control, filed complaints, and nothing ever got fixed. Management does NOT care. Maintenance ignored every single work order — my refrigerator was broken for months, the water heater barely worked, and nobody ever showed up to fix anything. You do NOT get what you pay for! Oh wait you don’t even know what you will ACTUALLY pay for! This place will add charges AND fees! Maintenance practically lives in the apartments and just hang out In your unit… don’t even get me started on the pest control… let’s stay by there is NO CONTROL there are mice and roaches everywhere.. safe yourself the headache of dealing with people who enjoy taking the money from people and not care on bit of how hard you work!
