Management, under Chamberlin & Associates, is actively coercing tenants into leaving fake 5-star reviews by insinuating that doing so will result in better service or basic maintenance. My experience with this apartment management has been frustrating due to poor communication, delays in processing requests, and unexpected charges. I notified them on December 25th about my intent to vacate and sent three follow-up emails, but I received no response until January 2nd. After finally hearing back, I went to their office on January 4th to sign the termination notice. I've been here for over 4 years now, so I lived here when Greystar managed Hidden Cove. The new and current management (Chamberlin & Associates) headed by Cindy have done an AMAZING job turning this place around for the better. Let's just say Greystar could have done better. Cindy and her staff are always quick to respond to any questions or complaints that I've had and have been friendly and supportive the whole way through.
