From the moment he stepped in, he has gone above and beyond to help our family feel welcome, safe, and supported. I have lived in the park 5 months now. I purchased home site unseen from Phoenix Arizona. The management company in Modesto CA still has previous owners name and rental amount on invoices!!! I have written numerous times and called approx 6 or 7 times to Modesto. Nothing has gotten fixed. There are about 20 plus cats here just on my street and yards are not kept up, junk and weeds on some lots and inoperable cars with flat tires and expired tags in a few. Installing a new gate that feels and looks like a prison. And cutting down people's trees without consent as well as trespassing in doing so. New management is destroying a once beautiful park.
