I don't think they follow HIPAA laws. They are making it EXTREMELY difficult to get a copy of my records that I have a RIGHT to get. I no longer live in TX and want a copy of my records to take elsewhere. They said I can only get them if I go in person or if a clinic request for it. But patients have a right to get a copy of their records and according to TX law they have 15 days to give it to me. Great staff, quick, efficient. I read the reviews and thought oh shit its going to suck, but it wasn't bad at all. I got a tdap vaccine and I didn't even feel anything. Really satisfying
Went for immunizations and the ladies at the front desk and nurse were super friendly, they called me in quickly and helped me get my immunization record up to date. Be aware that they do not accept credit/debit card payments or $50/$100 bills.
Was doubting my visit because of all the bad reviews but I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The wait time was not long at all. The nurse was very nice and professional. Recommend 👍🏼
Just a great place as I was treated very fairly and that's sometimes the best service!!
