Answer the phone with some kindness. I was referred to this office and called to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient over the phone. I was trying to explain my situation to her and she was very crass and acted as if I was wasting her time. Snack on something or get a new profession, lady. Your manners toward patients is lacking. Patients are in pain. A little empathy goes a long way. And, update your website. The information that you provide is incorrect.

Such a pleasant experience. She took her time, explained everything down to the details and was able to diagnose a severe headache that brought me to the hospital for three days. Recommend highly.

I was assured by several people in her back office that my insurance would cover botox for migraines. A year after the service date, I was billed $1700+ stating that my insurance only covered less than half of the billed price of $3,800+. Save yourself the headache and go to an all cash place where they only charge $800 -$1000 for the same service. What a nightmare.
