I love going to this office,Dr Johnson is amazing he listens, cares and doesnt make you seem rushed the whole office staff is great, the nurses are great even though I know I am high Maintenance and i surely must drive them crazy at times but thats what anxiety does to me

This place became a joke after the original front staff left. Even when you call to confirm the appointment and get told the time and you repeat the time back to them and than they screw up the time when you drive up here. The doctors are still good it just the stupid front staff.
The office sent me to Hamilton for an appointment that was supposed to be in Hico. That wasn't so bad, because everybody makes mistakes. But they were completely unwilling to do anything to make up for it, trying to schedule me for an appointment five weeks later! And saying that they were all booked up. Just doesn't seem right when every step I take it feels like somebody's driving a nail into my kneecap.
