The office sent me to Hamilton for an appointment that was supposed to be in Hico. That wasn't so bad, because everybody makes mistakes. But they were completely unwilling to do anything to make up for it, trying to schedule me for an appointment five weeks later! And saying that they were all booked up. Just doesn't seem right when every step I take it feels like somebody's driving a nail into my kneecap.
The staff wasn't organized the doctor was rude and accountability for his mess up then dropped me because I called him out for it if you have no other choice to go there ask for anyone else except Dr Craig
Everyone at the Hico Clinic in Hico Tx is amazing and very happy and very kind. It’s like home
I use Grant Ward PA he is awesome really listens is really good about making sure you are going to get better without breaking the bank.I pass 2 hospitals and numerous Dr offices to go to Hico Clinic or the Hamilton hospital.
