Never showed up. Didn't call or anything. Disappointed.
These people were fabulous. Last night I got home and found my deadbolt wouldn't open. My dog and cat were inside. They arrived within 30 minutes. Somehow my dog had messed up the deadbolt by jumping on it in a storm. They quickly got me in and replaced the deadbolt. Super nice and reasonably priced.
I lost my only key to my 01 Impala. Called every locksmith in the area. Most said they couldn't help. Found 1 in Roanoke that gave me differt quotes/solutions to the problem each time I called. The last call was told they would have to replace the ignition (thats not locksmith work). Finally I found Hickson lock and key service. They were polite and professional and even came out to me.
