Hi, I am Tom Reese. I am a customer of Hicksgas at Woodstock Illinois. We just had Cody Langdon from Indiana here to service our water softener. All the other service people that we had were good but this guy is the greatest service tech I’ve ever dealt with, tons of great points and his professionalism and knowledge of the system were fantastic.
We switched our water softener to OxyAir through Hicks and have been very pleased with their work ethic, knowledge and experience. Not only is the company great to work with, their prices are very competitive and their staff and technicians friendly and helpful.
