Trisha was very helpful and answered my questions very professionally. Additionally when I asked her when Hicks Gas would have a way to pay my bill electronically, she directed me to the Hicks Gas website where I set up an account. Hallelujah, it worked wonderfully. When I suggested that Hicks Gas put flyers in their regular snail mail bills announcing the ability to pay electronically- Trisha took note.
