joe installed 2 120 tanks today on my shadow lakes property. he was exceptional working around the trees to get the tanks set at the back of the property line. joe was very informed on the process of how propane works in a residential building and answered all my layman questions with ease. :) i appreciate the hard work you did in helping get my property up to par for propane service. thanks, joe! you were highly skilled in your work!
The service tech Randy Hill was outstanding. He is the only tech that checked everything out. He was very pleasant and professional. Thanks Randy
Joe, arrived ahead of schedule and performed all actions in a detailed safe manner. Joe replace the outdated regulators , he followed up with leak checks and safety to ensure system worked properly. Joe also checked the appliances were in working order. Very professional individual, promote now and select for positions of greater responsibility.
Joe was very thorough in explaining our safety and operational expectations while being polite and courtesy of our home. Overall a very pleasant experience and display of customer service.
