I’ve now run out of propane four times, including 2 times within the past 2 weeks despite paying extra for a tank monitoring device that’s supposed to prevent this. Clearly, it does not work. After the first incident, I was told a manager would call me. I followed up multiple times and never received a call, an explanation, or any kind of discount or accountability. I’ve run out of propane three times, even though I pay extra for a tank monitoring device that’s supposed to prevent this. It clearly doesn’t work. I was promised a manager would call after the first incident and followed up multiple times—no call, no explanation, no discount. Now it’s happened again. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.
Went in person to location spoke with the lady there she was very polite and helpful, was able to get tank filled within about an hour from walking in. Even received a call to certify and check that everything was received properly. Everyone from the desk to my home everyone was friendly and respectful. Very happy to have all issues resolved.
Honestly I had a very bad experience with Ryan I end up going to hicks gas after I went on vacation and found out I was out of propane and Lisa and Phil saved the day I explained my situation in how I was not at home and came home to a cold house and sure enough they figured it out and got there dispatch team out in 1 business day it is very nice having a localized place for your gas if you live in shadow lakes Lisa and Phil deserve a six star rating on this app if you ever are having a problem call them or go talk to Lisa i... read more
