Five Stars for Taylor who helped me today for the 2nd time to re.do the invoice. She calmed me down and we had a nice chat. I might stay with Hicks another year just because of the treatment I received today. I am waiting for the new billing. If not for Taylor I would leave Hicks after this fill and yet another mishap. In brief autofill was not done, ran out of propane, not properly restarted cost me a new mother board and ignitor in a basically new furnace. Lots of $$$. Mike was absolutely amazing helping find a leak or a problem with my propane tank. He found the problem immediately and assured my safety and was back in a blink of an eye with a new tank. It is very obvious that Mike truly cares about the people he is helping. You have yourself one fabulous employee. Thank you Mike.
Very friendly, easy to work with. Quite accommodating to my schedule. Both Yvonne at the desk, and Mike who filled the tanks, we're kind and knowledgeable when I had questions. Great job!!
