I been going to this place for many years and they always take care of me and today they were all gone and Mark left his phone number on the door and I called him he was out doing a tank inspection so he stop and went out of his way to come back and take care of me no that is great customer service couldn't ask for any better
Just had Mike (also a crane operator and helper whos names I didnt get) move our tank, hook lines up to a new whole house generator, add two new regulators, swap out an older regulator and do a system check. I just called last week to schedule this work hoping to coordinate with the generator installation and they fit us in - no wait!. Friendly, courteous and very professional work everthing looks perfect and Mike was very conscientious of my landscaping. Very pleased with the work and happy to be a Hicks customer.
We have a new to us motorhome and called several places to fill up our propane tank. We decided on Hicksgas and so glad we did! The customer service was great and their prices were outstanding. I would recommend them for your propane needs.
I have been a customer with Hicksgas for almost 4 years. I worked with Linda McKee on my contract for next year. She was the most helpful and knowledgeable person that I have worked with at that company. She is really an asset to that company. I am pleased to a customer of that company. They are lucky to have her as an employee !
