I’ve become a regular customer at Hicks Gas in Belvidere. The staff is wonderful… from Linda in the office, to the guys that fill my tanks. They’re all very helpful and friendly . Won’t go anywhere else for propane.
Mike is an absolute Rockstar. Came to swap out giant fuel tank with smaller one. Wasn't easy moving around trees but he made it look simple. Super friendly guy who is good at job. Thank you so much for easy swap!!!!! Update- Mike came back out after we noticed we were going through a lot of propane. He quickly found the problem and repaired issue. Mike came out to check for a leak he tested, found leak and replaced the valve. Mike was friendly and provided great service. He was thorough and explained my questions in layman's terms which was much appreciated.
